Erin is a Registered Comprehensive Nurse and holds a Bachelor of Education specializing in Primary school. She is fantastic at not only wax removal using micro-suction, clearing blocked ears, identifying ETD, middle ear infections, canal infections and removing foreign bodies but is great at educating on all ear conditions, so you leave understanding your ears, ways to care for your ears, treatment options you may need and why your ears are like they are. She uses a state-of-the-art Zeiss microscope and Victoria suction machine and has all the best suction tips, funnels, tweezers, and fine instruments to clear the ear canal and ear drum.

Start from the start. Website, informative, well laid out. Good FAQ section. Online booking, easy to use and quick. The appointment. I arrived early but was quickly greeted. Erin takes time to explain what she is doing at each step. Explains what noises or sensations you might hear and feel. Makes you feel important and cared for. Result, I walked in with really irritating hearing issues. Walked out able to hear everything well. Would definitely recommend. Price was good as well.
